Artist
I’m an artist based in Brooklyn working across dance, physical theater, visual art, and costuming. Most recently, I produced, directed, costumed, and choreographed my evening-length work, Maqks F**s The Man (as best as he can…) at Blossom House Studios, the culmination of its pilot artist residency. I have also created work with Will Pettigrew as Big Chair Dance. We premiered FEAST at Dixon Place in May 2024, an interdisciplinary work combining rigorous movement, visual art, and performance art to explore grotesque over-consumption and decadence. In August 2025, we premiered piece 2 at Nacre Dance’s Sip, Savor, Swirl festival. I have also worked as a costumer and set designer for artists including Rosa Allegra Wolff and Caitlin Sikora. My NYC performance work includes Hard Femme Dances (February 2024), FEAST (May 2024), and Wet Spot X Interlude: The Rocky Horror Picture Show (February and October 2025). My career in New York began shortly after graduating from George Mason University School of Dance with a BFA in Contemporary and Modern Dance.
Coaching
I’m a NASM-CPT Movement Coach, based in Brooklyn. My practice is an individualized approach to creating more freedom within movement for clients’ day-to-day lives and in the gym. I work across one-on-one and group fitness settings, with experience supporting diverse movement trajectories. I work both virtually and in person with clients. I have been coaching individual and small group sessions at Squats N Science in Bushwick since November of 2024. I have been teaching beat-based, dumbbell group classes at Liftonic NYC since August of 2024. I also currently teach heated HIIT classes at YogaHell Brooklyn and have been there since February of 2025. Formerly, I was a Performance Coach at Formation NYC (previously known as PRTL) from December 2023 to February 2026.
